Lead Times

Parts and accessories: Most in-stock items ship within a day or two. Check the posted lead time on the product page.

Made-to-order parts: titanium stems and forks are typically 12-14 weeks.

Custom anodized artwork: Most projects take 2-4 weeks once your bare frame is in-hand. Wait times vary considerably, though. Please use the “Contact Us” page for artwork inquiries.

Bikes and frames: Typically 12-20 weeks from deposit to delivery, depending on complexity. We do have a waitlist for most bike/frame orders. Folks joining the waitlist now should expect a 10 month or longer wait before we can start the design process for your bike.
