Description
If you’re in the New Hampshire area this fall, we’ll be hosting a foliage ride along the New Hampshire seacoast for Chinook owners and local tandem riders. We’ll have two routes, one will travel up to one of our favorite bakeries in Kittery, Maine called Lil’s, for a total of 50 miles or we’ll have a shorter route that takes in the coastline, but turns back earlier for a total of 30 miles. We’ll send GPX files in advance, but may tweak the direction to optimize tailwinds!
Our route will venture through some quiet seacoast towns before reaching the ocean, where we’ll head north, winding along the coast with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. We’ll turn inland through Rye NH for the shorter loop or for a longer rider, pass through Portsmouth, riding over the Piscataqua River into Maine. In either case, the return trip will take a few more inland roads through coastal communities before returning to Kensington, where we’ll have sandwiches, snack, and beverages post ride.*
Looking forward to a fun day on tandem bikes with you!
RAIN DATE: We’ll still ride if it’s lightly raining but we may cancel the of case of heavy rain.
