Our refund and returns policy applies for 30 days. Once 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the supplied packaging.

Made-to-order items, including custom titanium frames, forks, and stems are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To initiate a refund or exchange, reply to your order confirmation email.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1 week.


To exchange an item for a different size or style, reply to your order confirmation email. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item and the replacement item.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using shipping with tracking to ensure we receive your returned item.
